The minimum score is never a criterium for cut off, rather institutes choose on the basis of maximum score, work experience, GD and academic performances.
For your information,
The cut off for IIMs are in the range of 98-100 percentile score in CAT (it's not pecentage of mark, rather percentile)

With CAT percentile of 85% its difficult to get into IIM or top 20 colleges. But your MAT percentile is good enough. So getting into top 75 should not be difficult.

More over you have certain work experience also a startup at your credibility, so this should help you to get through one of the best college.

Take cat preparation books from the market and try to solve their english section and see that how many questions you can answer in how much time. Take sample papers from Google.

You are not eligible for CAT and GMAT exams.

Eligibility Criteria for CAT and GMAT :-

You must hold a Bachelor`s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) or Persons with Disability (PWD) category], from any recognized University.If you want to do MBA (reguloar) then you have to give exams of B.Com again.
