To Crack the CPT examination, You Have to scored minimum 50% Marks in Aggregate And 30% in Each Subjects.

So, you have to scored 100 Marks in CPT examination Because the exams Of CA-CPT are of 200 marks, And you have to Scored Minimum 100 Marks Out of 200.

What is I fail only in a single exam?

If you fail in single exam in CA CPT you have to give the exam again.

No You cannot fail if you 50% in all the papers.
The Common Proficiency Test comprise of a single Paper divided into four sections.
The total marks is 200, out of which you will have to score at least 100 marks of qualify it.
In order to get distinction, one must score a minimum of 70% marks in the Common Proficiency Test.

Since the question paper is divided into four sections, the marks for each sections is distributed as follows:

Fundamentals of Accounting- 60 Marks
Mercantile Law- 40 Marks
General Economics- 50 Marks
Quantitative Aptitude- 50 Marks
