Being direct post graduation degree to BCA, the course is designed to complete all IT/Software Development Requirement.
MCA mostly gets equivalent to Software Engineering.

All the Best.

Hello,

There are many companies who will offer you job whether you have done diploma or MCA but most important thing is that whether you are interested in that job or work, do you have capacity to perform well in that job, are you motivated to perform in that job, if you can get answers of these questions then certainly you will get you dream job in IT field.

If you will see from job prospect then doing a diploma would not be a good option in comparison to MCA regular course. MCA candidates are able to get jobs in different industries like software engineering and development, hardware and networking, research and development, services and application support, etc…As far as software engineering and development is concerned, the candidate can get job as Trainee Programmer, software tester, software analyst, Software Engineer, software administrator or as a software programmer.

The hardware and networking industry contain the physical elements of computer system (i.e.) designing, manufacturing and maintenance of computers. It also involves integration and installation of computer systems through networking. Many top rated and widely recognized organizations in the IT industry namely Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant Technology Services, IBM, Accenture offers good job opportunity and salary packages to fresh MCA candidates, which may be starting from 2.5 lakh to 3.5 lakh approximately and salary packages for some of other companies are even higher and negotiable depends on applicant’s profile.

Always keep an eye on the requirement, job openings in such companies. For government sector banks, you can find jobs in weekly employment news.

Good Luck!!!
