Age of candidate should not be more than 20 years in case of General/OBC candidates (22 years in case of SC/ST and persons with Disability)** as on 1st July, 2012. in case for UG program of CLAT 2012. So if you are General/OBC candidates you are not eligible but if you are in category of SC/ST and persons with Disability then you are eligible.For PG program there is no age criteria....

Legal Aptitude

The English section will test the candidate’s proficiency in English based comprehension passages and grammar. In the comprehension section, candidates will be questioned on their understanding of the passage and its central theme, meanings of words used therein etc. The grammar section requires correction of incorrect grammatical sentences, filling of blanks in sentences with appropriate words, etc.
General Knowledge/Current Affairs
This section will only test students on their knowledge of current affairs (broadly defined as matters featuring in the mainstream media between March 2011 and March 2012)
Mathematics

This section will test candidates only on “elementary” mathematics i.e. maths that is taught up to the class X.

Logical Reasoning

The purpose of the logical reasoning section is to test the student’s ability to identify patterns, logical links and rectify illogical arguments. It will include a wide variety of logical reasoning questions such as syllogisms, logical sequences, analogies, etc. However, visual reasoning will not be tested.

Legal Aptitude

After completing this course you can different type of jobs in IT industry for example computer designer, software developer, software engineer, database designer, computer graphic and technical programmer e.t.c . As soon as you complete your program start searching for job through job portal like monster, naukri, fresher world , shine , times jobs , or placement consultancies, or newspapers , or social networking sites like LINKEDIN , APNA CIRCLE e.t.c .I will also suggest you to complete your graduation even simple B.A , B.COM if it can come in your budget. If you had your board on examination on 2010 then you are eligible for 2010, 2011 and 2012 year for AIEEE examination. Also if you entered 12th class in 2010 that means you had your final board examination on march 2011 thus it make you eligible for AIEEE examination in 2011, 2012 and 2013 year. All the three attempts must be consecutive. If you drop for a year then you loose that year from your attempt. Thus be careful before taking a drop year. Also you need to present "GAP Certificate" at the time of counseling in case of drop out.

No, you are not eligible for AIEEE 2012 since your 12th will finished on 2013. In order to apply for AIEEE either you must have passed 12th exam or you appeared for the same in 2012. In your case you will be attempting your CBSE exam in 2013, thus you can only be eligible on or after 2013 AIEEE examination but not for 2012. But this means you have a complete year for preparation.
