Aakash institute is good for AIEEE. There are also good names like Brilliant tutorials. FIITJEE, PIE e.t.c But just entering in coaching institute will not ensure that you will succeed. You need to work hard and practice a lot. I will suggest you to if you are joining classes do interact with previous students before starting in it. Not all the branches on any coaching institute are good. Do enquire about the specific branch where you are joining. Get to know about teachers, how they teach, fees and above all of these their teaching environment should suit you and also be affordable for you....

Please make it sure that you have good basic understanding of computer and how it works . Remember it is online test not offline .You will be tested on areas- Physics , Chemistry ,English Proficiency ,Logical Reasoning ,Mathematics . Before staring preparation please go through last year question papers to have idea of paper style, toughness level , syllabus . Actually it will give you the basic idea of question papers. what to do and what you need to leave and how to prepare for the exam . After that good reading of NCERT and understanding of concepts are must. Definitely you need to practice for all section just like other engineering exams. Questions are less trickier than IIT-JEE. There will lot of questions which will be straight from the NCERT books. Don’t spend too much time on a single question. In 180 minutes you have to solve 150 questions . Speed and accuracy matters. Getting stuck in one question will only ruin your chance . Also the candidate will have an option of attempting 12 (twelve) extra questions, if there is still time left. So increase your speed. Strategise all these things while practicing mock test papers . And the last but the most important thing- Relax. If you don't make it to BITS life will not end. . Those topics not covered in JEE should also be done .If you have prepared the JEE topics well, you just need to revise them very fast and solve them. There’s a three-step examination process for civil service examination. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) first conducts an objective type preliminary examination for screening candidates. The Preliminary Examination: There are two papers for the preliminary round. There is one on general studies and another on an optional subject. General study covers history, geography, economics and so on. The question papers have objective type multiple choice questions. The general studies paper carries 150 marks. The syllabus for the optional subject is the same as that for graduation level. The question paper for the optional subject carries 300 marks. The optional subject for the second paper can be chosen from the following : Agriculture , Animal Husbandry and veterinary science ,Botany,Chemistry, Civil Engineering,Commerce, Economics, Electrical Engineering,Geography, Geology,Indian History ,Law, Mathematics,Mechanical Engineering ,Philosophy ,Physics, Political Science,Psychology,Public Administration, Sociology ,Statistics,Zoology.

The Main Examination: The preliminary round is basically a screening round. The marks obtained are not counted for in the final stage of the examination. For candidates who clear the preliminary round, there is the main round. The second stage is the main examination that includes written tests and an interview. This stage has nine papers of which two are qualificatory in nature. Candidates must choose two optional subjects of their choice, as compared to one in the Preliminary stage. There are two papers of General Studies, Optional 1 and Optional 2 and one Essay paper.

The total marks secured in both the written tests and the personal interview determine the rank of a candidate. The Interview This is the last hurdle to be cleared. If you want to quit in your present job you can change your field.But why you want to go in Software Testing?Either you have interest on that or just you want to change your job and take another one.If you are interested then no problem you can go for it.Because you should not repeat it again that after 2 years of doing work you want to change it again.It will be harmful for your career.First let me know your educational qualification so that I can suggest you more specifically.

And if you want to go in Software IT field yes you can do software testing or web design ,web development,oracle certification etc.
