I am an average student what are my chances of being selected in AIPMT?

you think that are you as an average student but it is depend on your self confidence,concentration on your goal,timing.

for passing the entrance exam of AIPMT so discipline is must in your
routine life.
you can join the good coaching classes which help you very much in your studies.
further you spend your time for study atlest 8 to 10 hours in a day.
you can go with samples papers,question bank etc. for preparation of exam.
definetely you can pass the exam.

Does AIPMT offer any specialization while doing the MBBS?

MBBS is the degree in which the students studying the same course in all 5 years after completing the MBBS you can go with MD or MS in
various specialization like
nuerology,
cardiology,
gynaecology,
orthopaedics,etc.

Hello myself shikha iam in class 12th i want to aipmt forms but i have age problem (16 may 1996)so icant fill it what are the otions available for me till i become eligible for it

Get enrolled in B.SC or any graduation course of your interest and prepare for AIPMT . There are lot of option study of biology, microbiology, agriculture science, nutrition and dietician . , bioinformatics, biotech, , fisheries e.t.c. But you can also face age problem. So keep the option of applying for computer course in the field of software and hardware, foreign language , design, basic computer , e.t.c . But first try for admission in college graduation.You have lot of time to prepare for exam.As you have lot of time prepare and practice a lot of those areas were you are weak. apart from working on your strength. You have lot of time so go through syllabus , and try to read and understand concepts. Work on your doubts . Preparing for competitive exam and preparing for board exam are two different things. You need to work more on your competitive exam . You can also try for part time job if you are able to balance studies and job like retail shops, data entry operator, receptionist, office assistant , retail shops, online job like writing , survey , tutoring, BPO or call centre jobs , teaching in schools ,, recruitment companies, typing , e.t.c. Do the marks of 11th and 12th count in admission of medical colleges? or pmt marks would be considered?

Dear Maniesh,

You should concentrate on both.Because for PMT the eligibility criteria is candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with atleast 50% marks(40% for SC/BC) in all these subjects.Apart from this its a lifetime degree for anyone which is always valuable. So you must concentrate on that.

And to get a good medical college you should prepare yourself for the entrance test.
